An exciting opportunity has arisen for a secondment in CGL Coventry team in delivering a high quality responsive and forward-thinking service.The Locality Managerwill support the Services Manager to lead the delivery and development of a recovery focussed integrated drug and alcohol service for adults. Managing and leading the key staff within the Management Team the Locality Manager will work closely with Team Leaders the wider management team and a multi-disciplinary team of staff.
Location: Coventry
Salary Range: 44471.72 - 46683.60 (Based on full time hours pro rata for part time)
Hours: full time 37.5 hours per week
Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.
Responsibilities
About the role
- Oversee the operational delivery and day to day running of the service ensuring the service operates in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Line manages a team of operational team leaders including supervision appraisal performance and sickness management as well as ensuring all CGL staff are following CGL policies and procedures.
- Support the service to comply with CQC regulations.
- Support the teams to achieve targets set by OHID and Public Health commissioners.
About you:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent relevant experience.
- Knowledge and experience of developing and leading health and social care servicesand delivering services which evidence high performance and quality standards.
- Significant experienceof leadership.
- Able to lead inspire and develop teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to use common MS Office applications (Word/Excel/Outlook)
