Job Summary

NOW HIRING: Overnight Direct Support Professional (8:00 pm to 8:00 am shift)

Location: Duluth MN - Swan Lake (other locations as needed)

Status: Full-time

Pay rate: $20.50 per hour shift adjustments

What Youll Do:

Support individuals with daily living skills community involvement and personal goals.
Assist with medication administration hygiene meals and mobility.
Foster meaningful relationships and encourage independence.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards.
Assist individuals with planning of daily activities and community outings by encouraging community integration.
Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

What Youll Bring:

A compassionate respectful and dependable attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
18 years of age or older
Valid drivers license and clean background check (required for all roles)
Experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right individual(s)!
