  • Working at pace to meet weekly output targets

  • Maintaining consistency and brand standards across large batches of designs

  • Experience in a graphic design or artwork role within a production studio or manufacturing environment
  • Is comfortable working quickly and accurately across multiple jobs

  • Enjoys amend-based repeatable design work

  • Has strong attention to detail and a reliable grounded approach

  • Site-based role with occasional home working possible once established

  • Flexibility to consider up to 37.5 hours if required

Pay & Benefits

  • 14.50 to 17.00 per hour typical target around 16.00

  • Approx 29536 per annum based on 35.5 hours

  • Permanent preferred temp-to-perm considered

  • Pension with 5 percent employee contribution matched by 5 percent employer

  • 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

  • 5 days reserved for Christmas shutdown

  • Holiday entitlement increases with service

  • Holidays taken in hours for added flexibility

Culture & Environment

  • Family-run long-established business

  • Strong local reputation and low staff turnover

  • Fair trust-led and low bureaucracy
