POSITION SUMMARY:
TheVehicleSalespersonis responsible to deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout their shopping purchase and ownership journey.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Nurture a culture of extraordinary customer and associate experiences.
Develop a portfolio of prospects and clients.
Execute specific processes to deliver consistent measured results.
Utilize the dealership CRM and other software to manage and grow sales opportunities.
Continuously expand professional skills education
Achieve product knowledge expertise.
Achieve MFR. Brand knowledge expertise.
Achieve aftermarket products warranty and other expertise.
Directly interact with customerstogenerate prospects andclose sales.
Communicate via email telephone text video and face to face daily.
Monitor manage and maintain accurate paperwork.
Manage and report daily productivity.
Report progress challenges options and solutions to assure outstanding results.
Drive and park vehicles.
Other duties as assigned.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Extensive walkingclimbing of stairsdriving vehiclesoccasionallifting (<25 pounds)

POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
Hours may vary daily to meet business demands.
Typical schedules run 8 to 10 hours five days a week.
