Vehicle Reconditioning Arbitrator

The Vehicle Reconditioning Arbitrator plays a critical role in maintaining fleet quality standards and ensuring consistent fair decision-making related to vehicle damage assessments and reconditioning this field-based role you will serve as the subject matter expert in resolving disputes between branches customers and third-party vendors while ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You support the resolution of disputes related to vehicle damage assessments and reconditioning costs across multiple markets
• You manage arbitration cases by applying company policies and industry standards to ensure fair and consistent outcomes
• You liaise with rental branches reconditioning facilities and third-party vendors to resolve escalated and complex cases
• You maintain quality standards through scheduled and unannounced site visits auditing reconditioning work and documentation practices
• You receive and evaluate damage claims conducting in-person vehicle inspections to validate findings and determine outcomes
• You assist operations leadership by documenting site visit results and delivering clear actionable recommendations

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have 5 years of experience in automotive damage assessment claims adjustment or vehicle reconditioning
• Education You have a bachelors degree or equivalent experience and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Technical Proficiency You are proficient in computer navigation including Microsoft Office Applications
• Soft Skills You demonstrate strong organizational skills can multi-task effectively and excel in professional communication
• Commitment to Excellence You are success-oriented and willing to take on multiple tasks
• Travel You are flexible and willing to travel domestically up to 65%
