May include but are not limited to:
Support day-to-day Corporate Services operations by responding to internal service requests such as office needs employee gifting printing catering and meeting support
Assist with facilities and office management at the Reston Headquarters (HQ) including maintaining kitchen and common area supplies and helping monitor inventory levels
Serve as a support point of contact for HQ Services collaborating with internal teams such as IT HR Accounting Marketing and other business units
Help coordinate with external vendors (cleaning security maintenance etc.) and report service issues as needed
Assist with the Employee Store (TekStore) warehouse fulfillment coordination by submitting orders tracking deliveries and helping replenish inventory for all TekSynap offices
Support shipping and receiving activities including handling mail preparing outbound shipments and coordinating with carriers (USPS UPS etc.)
Provide support for onsite and offsite meetings and events including catering coordination room setup registration support and breakdown
Assist with administrative and operational tasks such as working with print vendors submitting expense documentation and supporting corporate engagement initiatives
Participate in special projects and additional operational tasks as assigned gaining exposure to corporate operations and facilities management.
