Key Realtor Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Representation:Advise clients on market conditions prices and legal requirements for buying or selling property.
- Property Marketing:List properties on theMultiple Listing Service (MLS) arrange photography and host open houses to attract buyers.
- Transaction Management:Prepare present and negotiate purchase offers contracts and lease agreements.
- Showings:Accompany prospective buyers to property viewings and provide detailed information about the property.
