TMH Physician Partners Primary cAre in Panama City FL. is looking for a Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will function as the Office Manager of a primary care practice and will be responsible for the implementation of the vision of the practice. Responsibilities include: planning financial management personnel management policy development clinic management regulation compliance staff development etc.

Includes meeting budget demonstrating cost savings and generating projected revenues. Implement the staffing pattern for colleagues. Responsibility & counsel with supervisory personnel for review of staff suggestions departmental issues employee recruitment and oversight and disciplinary actions.

Director of Operations

Required Education:

High school diploma (or equivalent) required. Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.

Required Experience:

REQUIRED: Three (3) years of healthcare business management/supervision experience.

None
