Located in Fort Lauderdale Florida this position is part of our Flight Solutions Group (FSG) primarily focusing on meeting or exceeding our customers satisfaction. This position supports many teams within FSG allowing sales repairs and the procurement team to focus on what they do best while having the Teardown Solutions Specialisthandle the administrative tasks such as processing returns assisting with drop ships data projects managing airframe and/or engine teardowns and cleaning non-conformance inventory.
The ideal candidates will use their passion for customer service and excellent communication skills to support the FSG team. This role is based on-site.

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage customer returns and reporting.
- Manage the sales exchange process to include core follow-up customer approvals when required and billing.
- Monitor drop ships and assist if tasks are overdue.
- Monitor and clear non-conforming products for procurement and repairs.
- Assist with teardowns including project management reconciliations invoice approvals and payment.
- Create supplier/vendor performance and warranty management metrics.
- Data cleansing projects.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be organized and have excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Aviation experience
- Quantum ERP Software
- Process Mapping and Improvement
