Job Description & Summary

Our reward team covers a broad spectrum of executive compensation ranging from designing variable compensation schemes to advising Compensation Committees. Youll work across strategic reward topics in a collaborative environment that values innovative practical solutions for clients.

Your Impact

  • Lead executive compensation and reward consulting projects including the design of executive incentive programs and compensation concepts at national and global level with related income tax assessments
  • Advise on compensation disclosure in remuneration reports and ensure compliance with Swiss and international compensation regulations
  • Perform compensation benchmarks and market analyses to inform reward design and governance.
  • Create and qualityreview client offers presentations policies/regulations Excel simulations and memos.
  • Drive business development by identifying opportunities contributing to proposals and acting as a trusted advisor to clients
  • Collaborate with adjacent teams (e.g. People in Deals Equal Pay Diversity & Inclusion) to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Lead and coach junior team members; foster knowledge sharing and highquality delivery across projects.
  • Manage projects endtoend to ensure ontime highquality outcomes for national and international engagements.

Your Skills

  • University degree in Business Administration Economics or Law.
  • 58 years experience in reward consulting including executive compensation mandates with proven project management experience.
  • Familiarity with compensation regulations and disclosure requirements in Switzerland and internationally.
  • Strong analytical numerical and problemsolving skills; high interest in projectoriented and interdisciplinary work.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; ability to collaborate with stakeholders and coach team members.
  • Fluency in English and German; French is a plus
  • Very good MS Office skills.
  • Ready to take ownership from day one; highly motivated dynamic and determined.
  • Ability to support business development and manage clientfacing work.
