Job Summary Order Processor
The Order Processor is responsible for accurately reviewing entering and processing customer and builder orders to ensure timely production and delivery. This role coordinates with sales design vendors and operations teams to verify order details resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records within company systems. The Order Processor helps ensure orders move efficiently from approval through fulfillment while supporting customer satisfaction and meeting project timelines.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Reviewing and processing orders for accuracy and completeness
- Entering order details into company systems and maintaining documentation
- Coordinating with sales teams vendors and internal departments to resolve order issues or revisions
- Tracking orders and ensuring deadlines and delivery schedules are met
- Verifying pricing specifications and acknowledgements
- Maintaining organized records and order files
- Assisting with revisions change orders and customer inquiries as needed
