This role sits within theFund Administration group in GWAM Operationsand will support bothdaytoday trading activitiesandhighprofile strategic initiatives.The individual will work closely with onshore teams inBostonas well asoffshore partners playing a key role in ensuring accurate timely and efficient fund operations.
The position offers strong exposure to trading processes crossfunctional stakeholders and projectbased work within a fastpaced asset management environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily trading operations including trade lifecycle processing reconciliation and issue resolution
Ensureaccurateandtimelyprocessing of transactions across assigned funds
Partner with internal trading portfolio management and operations teams to resolve breaks and exceptions
Assistinmaintainingoperational controls and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures
Participate inhighprofile operational and strategic projects including process improvements system enhancements and workflow automation
Support testing implementation and documentation of new processes or platforms
Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders toidentifyoperational risks and efficiency opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree inFinance Accounting Economics Business or a related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadlinedriven environment
Solid analytical and problemsolving skills
Strong communicationskills and ability to work effectively with global teams
