• Providing leadership and hands-on technical support in a global team environment
• Mentoring and training other technical team members
• Developing logical and physical architecture diagrams for existing and new environments
• Incorporating automation to reduce manual effort and minimize operational errors
• Setting up and operating reliable Windows Server infrastructure from inception through production
• Performing technical planning system integration verification and validation activities
• Evaluating customer requirements and implementing compliant architecture designs and documentation
• Contributing technical input to system design delivery schedules scoping and estimations
• Troubleshooting incidents performing root cause analysis engineering permanent fixes and coordinating implementation
• Managing and tracking work through a trouble-ticketing system
• Participating in rotating on-call support and supporting occasional travel as needed
