Job Summary
A leading Bay Street firm is seeking a securities lawyer for its Toronto office. The ideal candidate will haveat least 3 yearsof experience in a highly transactional securities practice including public and private offerings reverse takeovers and ongoing regulatory matters. This is a great opportunity to join a strong platform and work with clients across a variety of sectors. While not required admission to a US State bar would be considered an asset.
