Job Summary

LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE TEACHER -SPECIAL EDUCATION LBLC

Assignment begins approximately May 20 2026 through the end of the 25-26 school year.

Qualifications:

Licensed with the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education as an Elementary Teacher (1-6) preferred
SEI Endorsement preferred
Must hold a bachelors degree or higher

General Duties:

Fills in for teacher while absent and in general performs all of the daily responsibilities and duties of that teacher

Specific Duties:

Instructs classes following teachers lesson plans
Performs regular daily duties assigned to the teacher
Follows policies and procedures of the Weymouth Public Schools
Start Immediately for an undetermined period of time for 2025-2026 SY

Salary:

Rate 1-30 days: $134.25/day 31-60 days: $161.25/day 61 days: TBD
