Job Summary

- Meet with homeowners and build strong lasting relationships
- Conduct in-home consultations and create customized painting proposals
- Follow up with prospects and close projects
- Communicate clearly and consistently with customers
- Represent CertaPro Painters through marketing and community events
- Manage residential painting projects from start to finish
- Partner with Job Site Supervisors and crews to ensure quality and efficiency
- Recruit onboard train and retain field team members
- Conduct job site inspections and safety meetings
- Ensure OSHA EPA and company safety standards are met
- Collaborate with sales office and production teams
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Set meet and exceed performance goals
- Self-motivated results-driven attitude
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- High attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- 2-year degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Sales or construction/painting experience preferred
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Willingness to work some evenings or Saturdays as needed
- Spanish speaking a plus but not required
- Competitive base salary plus commissions and bonuses
