Job Summary
As an Account Executive at SWIS you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of renewal business for a portfolio of commercial accounts. This includes coordinating with retail agency partners underwriters and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate servicing of existing policies. The role requires proactive communication strong organizational skills and a strategic approach to marketing renewal submissions and negotiating competitive terms with carrier partners.
Key responsibilities include gathering updated risk information preparing and submitting renewal marketing materials analyzing carrier quotes and coverage comparisons and delivering polished proposals to retail clients. You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts ensuring exceptional service standards and building long-term client and carrier relationships. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of commercial lines insurance products (especially E&S) strong market knowledge and the ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.

Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $125000-$150000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
