Role Overview

We need an enthusiasticCommercial & CVMExecution Sportswith genuine passion for thesports bettingindustry andstrong desireto learn who can support the execution of Spains commercial and customer value strategies. You will focus primarily on campaign execution and analysis whilst learning from experienced team members and developing yourexpertisein this competitive market.

You will support campaign execution segmentation analysis and performance reporting whilst learning about commercial strategy and competitive dynamics. You will work closely with marketingteams and analytics functions bringing energy and enthusiasm whilst developing yourexpertisein commercial and CVM operations.

Your willingness to learn work hard and grow will be essential as you build your career inthecommercialteamwhilst supporting our ambition to achieve podium positioning in the Spanishsportsmarket.

Whatyoulldo:

• Support execution of promotional campaigns across Spanishsportsmarket ensuringaccuratedelivery of campaign elements under guidance from the CVM and CommercialSenior Sports Manager.

• Assistwith segmentation analysis by conducting basic customerbehaviouranalysis and supporting targeting activities for Spanish players.

• Help coordinate with local marketing teams to support seamless campaign delivery whilst developing cross-functional working relationships.

• Monitor campaign performance and customer value metrics learning to extract insights from data whilst supporting competitive analysis and reporting activities.

• Support budget tracking activities helping tomonitorpromotionalspendand learning about efficient resource allocation in competitive markets.

• Assist with CVM activities including lifecycle campaign execution customer communication and retention initiatives under supervision.

• Maintainorganiseddocumentation and tracking systems to support transparency and learning across commercial and CVM activities.

• Stay curious about Spanishsports bettingmarket developments competitive positioning andemergingtechnologies bringing fresh perspective and enthusiasm.

• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholdersdemonstratingpositiveattitude and collaborative approach whilst learning from experienced professionals.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by helping toidentifyprocess enhancements and learning about innovative approaches to campaign delivery.

• Spanish language fluency essential with native or near-nativeproficiencyfor working in the local market context.
