Job Summary

Padula Builders Inc is seeking a skilled and motivated Project Estimator to join our team.

As we continue to grow were looking for a talented estimator who shares our passion for precision and excellence and is eager to contribute to our growth.

What youll do:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for custom residential projects from concept through construction

Analyze architectural drawings specifications and subcontractor bids

Collaborate with project managers clients and architects to ensure transparency and accuracy in all estimates

Help refine and develop internal systems and workflows for efficiency and scalability

Identify and track cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality

Assist in maintaining relationships with trusted trade partners and vendors

What were looking for:

2 years of experience in estimating OR 5 years of high-end residential construction OR degree in Construction Management Architecture or related field

Strong understanding of residential building systems material and labor costs

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Familiarity with estimating software and tools

A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

A desire to grow with the company and help build on our reputation and success
