Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries questions and requests via phone email and chat providing prompt professional and friendly support in both Spanish and English while meeting established responsiveness KPIs
  • Execute the onboarding and implementation process for new clients ensuring all steps are completed accurately timelines are met and communication is clearly documented with full tracking of implementation activities
  • Route client communications and requests to the appropriate internal subject matter experts following through to resolution and keeping clients informed throughout the process
  • Proactively engage clients through scheduled check-ins and relationship-building touchpoints to reinforce satisfaction trust and long-term partnerships
