These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

In SAP supply chain and operations at PwC you will specialise in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications. You will analyse client needs implement software solutions and offer training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP supply chain and operations applications. Working in this area you will enable clients to optimise their supply chain processes improve operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

JOB OVERVIEW

The successful applicant will be an SAP S/4HANA Project System (PS) and Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) at manager level must have in-depth experience and knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Project System (PS) and Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) and understanding of SAP Finance

Position Requirements

  • Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Project System and Project Portfolio Management solutions including project planning budgeting resource management and project tracking.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their project management requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA PS and PPM solutions.
  • Configure SAP S/4HANA PS and PPM modules to meet client-specific needs including project structures WBS elements networks and milestones
  • Integrate SAP S/4HANA PS and PPM with other SAP modules such as Financial Accounting (FI) Controlling (CO) and Materials Management (MM) and third-party systems.
  • Ability to create Process Definition Document / Design Document (PDD) and Business Process Procedure (BPP) for the solutions provided
  • Conduct system testing integration testing and user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation and adherence to business requirements.
  • Develop data migration strategies and execute data migration activities to ensure accurate and timely transfer of project data into SAP S/4HANA
  • Lead in all phases of SAP implementation projects from planning and design to testing deployment and post-go-live support.
  • Conduct user training sessions to educate clients on SAP S/4HANA PS and PPM best practices and system maintenance.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to client teams including troubleshooting issues addressing user inquiries and optimizing reporting business processes
  • Manage project timelines deliverables and resources to ensure successful project delivery within scope budget and quality standards.
  • Communicate regularly with project stakeholders including clients project managers and team members to provide updates on project status risks and issues

Preferred Knowledge/skills

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in delivering SAP S/4HANA PS and PPM solution using SAP Activate / Agile / Hybrid-Agile methodology
  • Know-how in design & blueprinting configuration functional Specification unit testing integration testing user acceptance test authorization data migration and cutover
  • Having the capability to work on milestone-based deliverables.
  • In-depth knowledge of S/4HANA PS and PPM solution with sound functional knowledge in SAP Finance modules such as General Ledger and Controlling
  • Experience with Knowledge of Project Structure and Use of Project Systems for Portfolio Capital and Operating expense type projects required. Familiar with Overhead Calculation Results Analysis and Cost Settlement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients stakeholders and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and customer-focused approach.

Professional and Educational Background

Manager- 9-11 years exp.

10 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA PS and PPM with minimum 3 E2E implementations which includes brown field implementation and green field implementation.

Bachelors degree in information technology Business Administration Finance or related field

Additional Information

SAP S/4HANA Project System and PPM certification is an added advantage.
