Job Summary:
The Program Support Specialist provides essential administrative support to the Companion Services team. This role is responsible for processing a variety of volunteer-related documents including reviewing validating and entering accurate data into CRM. Additionally the specialist assists with the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports to support program operations and performance tracking.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School diploma (or equivalent GED) required. A two-year technical degree in Business Accounting or related field is preferred.
- 3 years of experience in human/social service healthcare and/or older adult service required.
- Ability to work with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds with care and compassion.
- Training in the area of computer skills bookkeeping and accounts receivable computer spreadsheets and word processing excellent communication and customer skills is required. Skills also include organizational skills problem solving and the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
- Knowledge of resources available in program participants community preferred.
- A valid drivers license and a clean driving record are required.
