Job Summary

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Helps in coordinating with Companys HMO and Clinic Partners to set up Annual Physical Exams (APE) Pre-employment Medical Exams (PEME) and Drug Testing for all employees.
Assists in the implementation of the Companys Employee Health Program.
Helps in the assessment of APE/PEME/Drug test results of newly hired employees and submits a summary report of the findings to concerned parties.
Monitoring of employees health status during pandemic.
Coordinate medical certificate/document validation.
Prepares proposal related to Wellness program.
Ensures DOLE mandatory reports are prepared and submitted.
Maintains individual employee medical records.
Answer employee inquiries regarding medical related policies
Maintains complete confidentiality of all HR-related information.
Work continually within the department to improve internal policies.
Perform other HR-related duties which may be assigned from time to time
Assists with planning coordinating and executing the securing of LGU health certificates for employees and clients as part of the annual LGU sanitary permit renewal.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in nursing or any allied medical course
OSH Certified preferred but not required
HR experience is an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills etc.
Resourceful problem-solving aptitude and knowledge of HR procedures and policies
Highly organized with keen attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
