Job Summary
Rincon Middle School is seeking a Drama/TheaterTeacherfor the remainder of the 2025-26 school year. This position focuses on fostering creativity and innovation through a multidisciplinary approach emphasizing visual and performing arts.
This is a temporary contract position ending on June 10 2026.
Requirements:
- Valid CaliforniaMultiple Subject Credentialwith English Authorization (issued prior to 2022)
- Valid Single SubjectEnglish Credential or English Authorization (issued prior to 2022)
- Valid Single Subject Theater Credential

SALARY PLACEMENT:
Based on educational units and years of full-time teaching experience. Maximum placement is Class IV Step 11 (with 10 years of teaching experience).
HEALTH BENEFITS:
Based on the selected plan/provider full-time employees receive family medical coverage employee life and vision and employee or family dental coverage. Part-time employees receive benefits equal to the % worked.
WORK CALENDAR:
The calendar is 185 work days. All new employees are on an 11-month pay schedule. Returning employees are on a 12-month pay schedule.
