Job Summary
Description
- Overseeing inventory management activities ensuring accurate recording and tracking of materials and supplies through established systems
- Coordinating procurement and delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods in alignment with operational needs
- Preparing detailed logistical reports and documentation addressing stock levels procurement issues and delivery timelines
- Collaborating with warehouse teams contractors and internal departments to resolve supply chain issues and implement process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with government regulations and DoD policies during procurement inventory and distribution activities

Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in a supply technician role
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Proven ability to analyze and coordinate logistical operations including acquisition tracking distribution and inventory management of materials and supplies within DoD frameworks
- Skilled in utilizing inventory control systems and tools to track procurement status manage stock levels and identify discrepancies
- Proficient in preparing technical and logistical reports ensuring compliance with established regulations and standards
- Possess an active DoD Secret security clearance
Desired Skills
- Familiarity with supply chain management software such as SAP or Oracle for streamlined tracking and inventory reporting
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate logistics processes and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve logistical issues
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards specific to government contracting and DoD supply chain requirements
Clearance Information
SRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE U.S. CITIZENSHIP AS WELL AS A U.S. GOVERNMENT SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE SECRET LEVEL
