Position Summary
The Associate Client Representative supports the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines bookofselectbusiness. Under the direction of a lead servicer this positionconsistently providesexcellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supports leadservicerin effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately andon-timeto meet theclientneeds.
- Set up andmaintainaccurateaccount details contacts and policy information in EPIC
- Attach organize and name documents in EPIC
- Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers including BOR proposal letters change requestsproofs of insuranceetc.
- Create activities in EPIC and assign applicableteam-member.
Work Experience- 0-2 years experience inCommercialProperty and Casualty
Professional Licenses/Certifications- Licensed or obtaining state Property & Casualty insurance licensewithin a specifiedtime frame
Essential Skills/Competencies- Knowledge of Excel Word and other MS Office products to include basic formatting
- Able to learn coverage fundamentals.
- Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of co-workers and clients. Able to quickly find common ground and solve problems.
- Seeksto obtain industry information new product information coverage and technology to continuously improveknowledgeperformance.
- Strong written oral and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to follow a well-established and familiar set of activities and/orprocessto derive a solution.
- Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure effectivetimely and efficient service delivery.
- Works to achieve statedobjectivesanddeliversresultsatthe close direction of a senior team member.

Physical Demands & Working Conditions
Office work involves working at a desk most of the time using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of forcefrequentlyto lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects. Typing grasping and repetitive motion typically isrequiredevery day andwalking and standingarerequiredoccasionally.

This position is located in New York. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $63000 to $68000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors including business needs experience level of responsibility and qualifications.
