We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our growing team. This is an entry-level specialist position ideal for a recent graduate or an HR professional with 12 years of experience who is looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources within a manufacturing part of a global organization you will receive hands-on training and guidance from both U.S. management and global headquarters gaining valuable exposure to HR practices and programs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow into a well-rounded HR professional with a solid understanding of the U.S. manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions
- Assist with HR programs policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with employees and management
- Collaborate with U.S. and global HR teams on ongoing initiatives
- Support special HR projects as assigned
Required Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field OR 12 years of HR experience
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field
Preferred Skills- Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus
- Spanish proficiency is a plus
Additional Information- Standard MondayFriday 40-hour office schedule
- Occasional late hours may be required to collaborate with international teams in East Asia
