Description

As a Learning Director here at Honeywell you will lead the development and implementation of innovative learning strategies that enhance Offering Management skills and drive organizational performance. You will play a crucial role in shaping the learning culture within the organization ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in their roles.

You will report directly to our Sr Director Product Management and youll work out of our Phoenix Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role you will impact the overall effectiveness of our learning programs fostering a continuous learning environment that aligns with Honeywells strategic objectives and enhances employee engagement and retention.



Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with Offering Management teams to assess learning needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies that align with business goals.
Lead the design and delivery of internal innovative training programs and initiatives that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Research external training opportunities for Offering Management
Identify track and take necessary action on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to training adoption and up-skilling for Offering Manager roles



Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

10 years of experience in learning and developing within a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
Proficiency in utilizing learning management systems and e-learning tools to deliver training content effectively.
Experience in analyzing training effectiveness and making data-driven decisions to improve learning outcomes.
Expertise in project management and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Availability for 10 20 % travel
