• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or above - essential
• Experience working within an early years or childcare setting

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Act as a key person for an allocated group of children building strong and nurturing relationships
• Observe assess and document childrens learning and development accurately and consistently
• Support childrens individual needs interests and next steps through a tailored approach
• Maintain a safe stimulating and welcoming environment both indoors and outdoors
• Communicate openly and positively with parents and families on a day-to-day basis
• Work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team to uphold the nurserys high standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the setting and its curriculum
