About the Role

As Nursery Manager you’ll be responsible for the overall running and success of the nursery. You’ll lead by example create a positive team culture and ensure every child receives the very best start in life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily nursery operations ensuring a safe caring and high-quality environment.
• Lead motivate and inspire a team of Early Years professionals.
• Deliver and embed the EYFS curriculum effectively across all age groups.
• Build strong professional relationships with parents carers and external partners.
• Manage recruitment training appraisals and staff development.
• Maintain occupancy levels and support financial and business targets.
• Ensure full compliance with Ofsted standards safeguarding and health & safety regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain readiness for inspection at all times.

About You

We’re looking for a strong supportive leader with a genuine passion for Early Years education and a proven ability to deliver excellence.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above preferred).
• Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager within an Early Years setting.
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS safeguarding and statutory requirements.
• Confident leadership communication and organisational skills.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
