Nursery Manager – Inspire Lead and Shape Early Years Education

About the Role
As Nursery Manager you’ll be responsible for the overall running and success of the nursery. You’ll lead by example create a positive team culture and ensure every child receives the very best start in life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily nursery operations ensuring a safe caring and high-quality environment.
- Lead motivate and inspire a team of Early Years professionals.
- Deliver and embed the EYFS curriculum effectively across all age groups.
- Build strong professional relationships with parents carers and external partners.
- Manage recruitment training appraisals and staff development.
- Maintain occupancy levels and support financial and business targets.
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted standards safeguarding and health & safety regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain readiness for inspection at all times.
About You
We’re looking for a strong supportive leader with a genuine passion for Early Years education and a proven ability to deliver excellence.
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (Level 5 or above preferred).
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager within an Early Years setting.
- Excellent understanding of the EYFS safeguarding and statutory requirements.
- Confident leadership communication and organisational skills.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
