Build a new additional growth engine for a digital health company that already does millions in revenue.
Kranus Health is a fast-growing digital health company with consumer-facing products in urology and gynaecology. Were already doing millions in revenue but mostly by talking directly to doctors with a field sales force instead of D2C. Now were ready to build a world-class performance marketing machine from scratch. And were looking for the person who wants to own it like its their own business. This is full-stack growth with real budget responsibility real KPIs and real impact.
Build and scale Kranus Healths online growth engine from 0 1 10.
- Build online marketing from scratch for a well-established revenue-strong company
- Own P&L the full performance marketing KPI stack end-to-end(CAC ROAS LTV payback funnel conversion contribution margin the whole thing)
- Runoptimizeand scale acquisition across:
- Google Ads (Search Performance Max YouTube)
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- and whatever works next (CommunitiesTikTok affiliates retargeting partnerships)
- Acquirepatients in a complex regulatory environment(this is notdropshippingitshealthcare and trustbuilding)
- Build the funnel: creatives landing pages tracking iteration scale
YOUR TOOLKIT
Youre not interested in marketing. Youre obsessed with making numbers move.
- A extremely detail-oriented data-driven nerd (in the best way)
- Someone who loves building things and fine-tuning daily
- You work with AI agents before you ask for more team resources
- Comfortable with online tools and workflows you can MacGyver your way through anything
- High-agency outcome-obsessed and accountable (You dont say someone should you sayIll do it.)
Your background: We dont care about perfect CVs. We care about proof of execution.- A university degree in a structured field (e.g. engineering economics math science computer science)
- A track record of building something from scratch (side projectsinternships with real responsibilityfirst 12 years in a high-performance environment)
- Bonus points if youve ever
- built paid channels from zero
- owned a budget
- run experiments weekly
- done funnel landing page work
- built dashboards and tracking (GA4 GTM Looker etc.)

- Creative AI toolchain: Superscale Claude (Code) Recraft but also Canva Figma
- HubSpot CRM (incl. tracking / attribution setup)
- Dashboards Dashboards Dashboards (PBI & other tools)
- Landing page tools (we are team Squarespace for our LPs but you can Claude Code your way out if you present us a good case)
