Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence:
  You are responsible for ensuring operational excellence of cyber defense tooling in the areas of detection & response and vulnerability management.
• Detection & Response Enablement:
  Drive the effectiveness reliability and continuous improvement of detection and response technologies to support global Cyber Defense operations.
• Threat Hunting:
  Design and execute hypothesisbased threat hunts to proactively identify malicious activity uncover blind spots and refine detection logic.
• Cyber Defense Integration:
  Collaborate with Security Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure cyber defense capabilities are deeply embedded in daily workflows and processes.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Work with global teams and partners to enhance the maturity efficiency and scalability of cyber defense practices.
• Knowledge Sharing:
  Contribute to team development by sharing insights lessons learned and emerging threat trends.

Qualifications :

• Strong understanding of detection & response methodologies and enterprise cyber defense concepts.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing cyber defense capabilities (e.g. detection engineering vulnerability management threat hunting) with a total of 8 years of experience including 3 years in Threat Hunting.
• Ability to translate security signals threats and patterns into actionable improvements.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in cross-functional and international environments.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to contribute to long-term capability development.
• Certifications such as CISSP GIAC or related credentials are a plus but not mandatory.
