Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and past customers.
  • Prospect new leads through cold calling and networking.
  • Use CRM to manage leads track proposals and organize client interactions.
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how our solutions work.
  • Gather necessary information (photos videos etc.) to quote projects.
  • Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process from inquiry to deal closure.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while staying organized and proactive.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of honesty reliability and trustworthiness.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Friendly approachable and confident communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable about sales processes and comfortable with technology including CRM systems.
  • Highly motivated to ask for business and close deals.

Compensation and Bonus Structure
