Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Shelf Management Specialist on a temporary basis (up to 10 months) on our Shared Services team. This position is a hybrid opportunity and is based in Saskatoon SK

In this role using advanced planogram technology youll ensure every layout is optimized for profitability inventory and customer experience while upholding the highest standards of data integrity. What youll do:

  • Design and optimize planograms using advanced software ensuring accuracy in product data sales metrics dimensions and adherence to CASM guardrails.

  • Collaborate with Category Management to align on item changes strategic requirements and timelines and schedule planogram production to support business needs and store updates.

  • Manage and maintain shelf management data including planogram databases store assignments equipment workbooks and product information from GS1 and other sources.

  • Conduct instore reviews of completed planograms gather feedback from local teams and adjust planograms to improve merchandising and execution.

  • Coordinate with ECommerce teams to ensure planogram updates support online fulfillment needs including accurate product attributes and images for efficient pickpath operations.

Who youll work with:

The Team: You will work on a team consisting of 3 other Shelf Management Specialists and report directly into the Shelf Management team strives to cultivate a culture that is collaborative detaildriven and solutionsoriented.

The Collaborators: youll collaborate with Food Operations Category Management ECommerce and FCL Food teams to create accurate salesdriving planograms that bring merchandising strategies to life.

The Customers: You will demonstrate customer focus while local Co-op retail locations.

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Supply Chain and:

  • Have 1 3 years of relevant experience with a preference for data analysis space planning and/or category management. Experience in retail operations is considered an asset.

  • Have a bachelors degree with a preference for business computer science operations or marketing (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
