About the Role:
As a Sales Assistantyoullsupporttheteam and clients by helping with day-to-day operations in the hands-on experience in sales support customer service inventory and visual merchandising. This is a support role ideal for someone early in their careerwhoseager to learn and grow in a creative design-focused to the Assistant Manager and work closely with our sales and visual teams.
WhatYoullDo:
Support the team with order processing delivery coordination and client follow-up
Helpmaintainthe stores visual presentation and product displays
Assistwith inventory of marketing materials swatches and office supplies
Learn about our products and design principles through training and team meetings
Communicate with clients via phone and email to provide helpful friendly service
WhatWereLooking For:
Interest in design retail or customer service
Previousretail or customer-facing experience is a plus but notrequired
Comfortable using Mac OS Microsoft Office Gmail and navigating websites
Willingness to learn systems likesalesforceand design software(welltrain you!)
Able tolift upto 20lbsand move items as needed
