Collins Aerospace in Wilson is seeking a highly motivated driven results-oriented Production Maintenance Supervisor to support the manufacturing of fire suppression and detection systems used in Commercial and Military aircraft and vehicles across multiple product lines.

What You Will Do:

• Supervise and train a team of production maintenance employees and ensure adherence to all departmental procedures best practices guidelines and safety policies

• Sets prioritization of day-to-day goals operational objectives emergencies machine down and preventative maintenance activity

• Maintain detailed maintenance training records

• Communicates daily with operations personnel to manage maintenance activities and escalates issues as required

• Ensures accuracy and completeness of all maintenance documentation

• Supports new equipment purchases implementation and training

• Ensure all tools and repair equipment are in good working order

• Ensure adherence of maintenance departmental procedures policies best practices and guidelines

• Research time lost due to equipment malfunctions and provide recommendations for improvement

• Supervise the progress of work orders and ensure timely completion

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience

• Experience working in a commercial/industrial environment with maintenance or engineering responsibilities.

• Proven leadership experience

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite

• SAP/SRM/DART Operating System knowledge

• Experience in Total Production Maintenance (TPM) methodology tools

The salary range for this role is 68900 USD - 131100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
