The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial operations across multiple locations ensuring accurate reporting budget management and strategic financial planning. This role partners closely with operational leaders to support cost-saving initiatives maintain compliance with financial policies and provide insights that drive business decisions. The Finance Manager will lead financial reviews develop budget and forecast models manage KPIs and QBRs and support audits. Strong analytical communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
Pay: $150000.00 - $165000.00 DOE
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successfulapplicants education experience skills abilities geographic location and alignment with market data.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for maintaining strong financial oversight and supporting operational teams with budget planning and analysis
Lead monthly quarterly and annual financial reviews and reporting
Monitor and manage financial performance identifying risks and opportunities
Support ABM activities in cost control and savings initiatives
Ensure compliance with financial policies procedures and internal controls
Prepare and submit professional-level reports forecasts and correspondence
Collaborate with HR operations and other departments to support business goals
Assist in the development of new business opportunities through financial modeling and analysis
Support audits and ensure timely submission of financial documentation
May supervise junior finance staff or analysts
Perform other duties as assigned or requested
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Minimum of 35 years of experience in financial management or analysis
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or related field (Masters or CPA preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office applications especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
Experience with financial systems and reporting tools preferred
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or Quantitative degree is required
6-10 years of experience in Finance or an Analytics role
Advanced experience in financial modeling report generation and analytics
Advanced working knowledge of Google Suite Excel and other MS Office products
Ability to present financial data concisely utilizing visualizations when necessary
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize projects and execute and deliver key objectives in a timely manner
Excellent interpersonal skills written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced dynamic environment
