Position Summary:
The Compliance & Operations Support Supervisor plays a dual role in ensuring regulatory compliance and providing operational support for water and wastewater systems. This position oversees compliance programs reporting and audits while coordinating resources workflows and administrative support for field operations. The ideal candidate is a proactive detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can balance regulatory rigor with operational efficiency.
Hiring Requirements:
- Four-year business or technical degree.
- Three years of experience in project management compliance and or environmental review and oversight. Finance and data analysis desirable. Education may be substituted for experience.
- Licensing in Water and or Wastewater fields.
- Good communication skills required; good interpersonal and organizational skills mandatory.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office. Experience with one or all of the following: regulatory reporting work order management systems and or scheduling software.
- Must be courteous professional diplomatic and capable of working with a workforce with diverse skillsets.
- Superior organization skills and possess the ability to multi-task.
- Must possess a valid unrestricted Drivers License.
