The People Support Solutions (PSS) department brings its purpose to life by providing our colleagues worldwide with integrated HR solutions tailored to their needs. We are a team that works very closely together to ensure good employee relations anticipate our customers future needs and proactively develop solutions.
As an Employee Lifecycle Management Specialist - German speaking you will work in a professional back-office environment focusing on the Swiss market. You will handle a variety of HR-related transactions and complex administrative tasks that require a high degree of sensitivity and accuracy.
Swiss Market Support: Work in a matrix structure supporting not only Basel but all Swiss entities collaborating closely with 4 colleagues in Switzerland and 3 local peers in Budapest.
Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage critical documentation and communication for sensitive life events including offboarding retirements and bereavement cases.
Case Management: Receive and respond to inquiries regarding HR policies performance evaluations and change-of-status requests via email and telephone.
Data Integrity: Maintain the HRIS database by accurately inputting personal data and documenting all human resources activities.
Proactive Communication: While the work is primarily back-office you will organize and lead meetings when complex cases require further clarification.
Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings conducted entirely in German to ensure seamless alignment with our Swiss stakeholders.
We are looking for a mature reliable professional with a positive can-do attitude. While HR experience is a plus we value your willingness to learn and your interpersonal maturity above all else.
Language Expert: You are fluent in both German and English. You are comfortable using German as your primary working language for meetings and Swiss-based communication.
Empathetic Communicator: You possess the emotional intelligence to handle sensitive topics (such as retirement or bereavement) with the utmost respect and professionalism.
Customer-Centric Background: You have previous experience in HR support or a customer service environment.
Detail-Oriented: You enjoy administrative tasks and take pride in maintaining accurate data and organized documentation.
Commitment: This is a full-time position. We are looking for a dedicated colleague who thrives in a predictable environment with a healthy work-life balance (no overtime required).
