Field Support Manager (FSM)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

oObtains verifications/denials authorizations for services and verifications of eligibility for clients

oEnsures accuracy of caregiver information in Axxess and all other user interfaces

oAssists with the billing payroll EVVs and medical records process

oCorrects overlapping EVVs and provides re-education to repeat offenders

oDelivers exceptional customer service to customers patients and family members especially in the context of troubleshooting and conflict resolution

oEstablishes and maintains effective channels of communication within the office as well as with clients caregivers field staff and team members

oCollaborates with the operations team to ensure appropriate and effective operational methods and best practices are used to support the office

oSubmits nursing requirements and backgrounds to third parties for approval

oProvides thorough tablet and Axxess training for all new hires and struggling staff members

oImplements develops and oversees best practices tools and processes in accordance with company federal state local and accreditation standards

oOversees caregiver and field staff onboarding experience including orientation credentialing etc.

oEnsures caregivers and field staff meet all requirements prior to providing patient care

oManages field support specialist development including coaching training and continuing education
