Job Summary

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Administrative Clerical Assistant to provide administrative support to our team including answering phones responding to emails maintaining records and coordinating travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills be able to work independently and be proficient in Microsoft Office.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team including answering phones responding to emails and maintaining records
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems both physical and digital
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including booking flights hotels and rental cars
  • Prepare and edit documents including reports letters and presentations
  • Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Provide support with data entry calendar management and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the team leader


Requirements:

  • 1 years of experience in an administrative role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Reliable internet connection and computer equipment
  • Ability to work in a virtual environment with minimal supervision


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with project management software such as Asana or Trello
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and medical terminology
  • Experience working in a healthcare or medical-related field
