Job Summary/Description:
As a Campaign Support Specialist you will act as a bridge between sales ad operations and our product teamshelping teams move quickly confidently and with clarity.
Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Progress Tracking & Reporting: Track campaign progress and provide basic reporting updates or information as needed to keep all teams aligned.
- Process Improvement: Identify potential gaps in understanding documentation or processes and recommend training opportunities to improve overall workflow and efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively across departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide client-facing teams with strategic guidance talking points and best practices to address evolving client needs and maintain team confidence.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field with 1 years of relevant experience; OR 3 years of professional experience in customer service client solutions or digital media support
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to translate technical and operational information into clear client-ready insights
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment
- Team player with a self-starter mentality
- Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Google Platforms
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and other DSP Platforms
- Experience supporting digital marketing or advertising campaigns
