Merchology seeks a Post-Production Associate for our Operations team. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor the Post-Production Associate is a critical role that will ensure Merchology products are professionally and purposefully shipped to the satisfaction of our domestic and international customers.
Second Shift: 3:00-11:30 PM
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
A successful Post-Production Associate will:
- Take ownership and accountability for all safety and quality incidents within your area of responsibility.
- Be responsible for batch domestic and international shipping of customer orders.
- Communicate via email and HubSpot with customer service and other departments to troubleshoot order issues.
- Create shipping and fulfillment transactions for returns to suppliers and vendors.
- Troubleshoot customer returns for wrong address missed decoration or cancellations.
- Assist with post production and shipping functions as needed.
Requirements
REQUIRED and PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in shipping or production role
- Basic computer skills
- Positive and collaborative attitude
- Ability to follow written and verbal processes in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; NetSuite HubSpot ShipHawk preferred
- Spanish bilingual a plus
