What you will be doing: - Join the Mergers & Acquisitions and Corporate practice group.
- Handle M&A and other strategic transactions including mergers acquisitions asset and stock deals.
- Manage transaction documentation and ancillary agreements.
- Conduct due diligence and negotiate definitive agreements.
- Support general corporate and commercial matters for clients.
- Work on complex transactions and collaborate directly with partners.
- Develop meaningful client relationships.
Experience you will need: - J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Pennsylvania bar.
- 3–7 years of experience at a law firm with a focus on M&A corporate or commercial work.
- Strong drafting negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a high-volume practice.
- Excellent academic credentials and communication skills.
