The skills and abilities you need
Proficiency in German (C1 or above)
Proficiency in English (C1 or above)
Customer-orientated approach
Good time management and multitasking skills
Willingness to learn and develop
Adaptiveness to a rapidly changing environment
Bonus points
Previous experience in customer service
Understanding of the stock market and the fintech industry
What youll do
Communicate with clients in German/English
Deal with incoming inquiries via chat and email
Help clients get acquainted with our app
Troubleshoot account-related issues
Channel clients feedback
Working on a schedule organized in shifts
