The role

Were looking for a customer advocate to join our passionate team. We are committed to recruiting knowledgeable friendly and motivated people who are enthusiastic to deliver top-notch service.

Our goal is to provide exceptional customer care to our expanding international client base. Youll work with a highly motivated and successful team of high performers where you can evolve career-wise.

The skills and abilities you need

  • Proficiency in German (C1 or above)

  • Proficiency in English (C1 or above)

  • Customer-orientated approach

  • Good time management and multitasking skills

  • Willingness to learn and develop

  • Adaptiveness to a rapidly changing environment

Bonus points

  • Previous experience in customer service

  • Understanding of the stock market and the fintech industry

What youll do

  • Communicate with clients in German/English

  • Deal with incoming inquiries via chat and email

  • Help clients get acquainted with our app

  • Troubleshoot account-related issues

  • Channel clients feedback

  • Working on a schedule organized in shifts
