Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including general ledger AP AR payroll and financial reporting
Coordinate and perform month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare annual group reporting packages and financial statements
Prepare supporting schedules for federal state and local tax filings
Manage fixed assets depreciation and capital expenditure tracking
Lead monthly account reconciliations and ensure financial accuracy
Manage daily cash balances banking activity and petty cash
Coordinate annual audits and partner with external auditors
Resolve accounting system issues and collaborate with corporate finance teams and internal departments
Develop and maintain accounting policies procedures and desktop work instructions
Prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced evolving environment
Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
57 years of experience in financial reporting general accounting AP/AR and payroll (manufacturing required)
Proven leadership experience managing and developing accounting teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to financial operations
High energy detail-oriented and motivated to drive process improvements
Schedule & Pay
MondayFriday standard business hours (onsite initially hybrid flexibility long-term)
Pay: $145000-$150000
