Position Title: BC Family Nurse Practitioner

Location: Panama City FL

Located in the heart of beautiful Panama City Florida Emerald Coast Behavioral Hospital provides mental health services to children adolescents adults active-duty service members and their families and veterans.

Position Overview:

• Role: BC-FNP History and Physicals (H&Ps) Medical Sick Call
• Patient Population: Ages twelve and older
• Schedule:weekends vacation coverage and holidays
• Employment Type:PRN Hospital employed W-2

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducts comprehensive medical assessments to evaluate patient health status and needs.
• Formulates accurate medical diagnoses using evidencebased clinical judgment.
• Provides medication management including prescribing monitoring and adjusting treatment plans.
• Develops individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and patient goals.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills to support clear compassionate interactions.
• Fosters collaborative relationships with patients families and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated highquality care.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base hourly rate
• Malpractice coverage negotiable

Requirements:

• Masters degree in nursing from recognized school of nursing.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner/APRN in the State of Florida.
• Board Certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC).
• Current National DEA
• Local candidate preferred.
