The Companys Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 27.00 USD - 35.00 USD. Job related skills experience education and location will be considered in setting actual starting base addition to your base salary and depending on job level eligibility and performance a total package may include profit sharing a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. As our Formulation Intern youll work alongside senior R&D chemists to create test and refine market-ready prototypes. Were looking for a curious mind to help navigate the exciting journey from an initial concept brief to finished consumer goods. Master the chemistry of raw materials navigate the complexities of stability testing and commercial scale up you will be an integral part of our R&D team.
