This role manages endtoend export operations while supporting the optimisation of digital supplychain solutions. The successful candidate will build and grow client relationships analyse market trends manage trade processes and support the rollout of new feature sets. Responsibilities include onboarding new clients enhancing user adoption growing global market presence improving operational workflows and providing insights that shape future product development. The role works closely with operations commercial and product teams while engaging with international suppliers growers and buyers.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum 23 years experience within logistics export operations perishable commodities planning or commercial farming
Proven capability in managing client and supplier relationships
Strong operational problemsolving and dataanalysis skills
Ability to work under pressure independently and across multiple teams
Excellent communication skills in English (Afrikaans beneficial)
Experience supporting or improving logistics workflows and processes
Confident delivering demos presentations and operational solutions
Familiar with accountmanagement tools export systems or related technologies
Willingness to travel and work flexibly when required
Qualification:
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Logistics or related field (preferred)
Valid drivers license
