The RIM associate will be part of a multidisciplinary team in charge of executing tasks and daily processes related to document management of Element units. This position will be responsible of the reception audit digitalization safeguarding and lending of units files. It is expected that the associate proposes measurable innovative and sustainable processes to eliminate rework and unnecessary waiting times as well as promote automatization.

  • Reception of documents to complete file integration.
  • Audit and file digitalization
  • Integration of Files in shelves.
  • Records information management
  • Processes Improvement

Education and Experience

  • Upper middle education level.
  • Knowledge of improvement and process management.
  • Over two years of work experience in operational areas.
  • Desirable Customer Service.
  • English level: None Applicable

Knowledge and Competencies

  • Ability to adapt and solve problems.
  • Willing to experiment create and try new solutions.
  • Enjoy the challenge of new tasks.
  • Become an important piece to overcome the companys objectives with success.
  • Knowledge about the operation/interaction in a company.
